Jet Aviation has strengthened its legal team as Surabhi Madan joins as vice president and APAC general counsel. Prior to this, Madan was the senior director – legal at ASM.
With more than two decades of experience, Madan has held executive leadership positions at ASM, Xerox and Genpact LLC. In her initial career, she has worked with ILF Advocates, Allen and Bryans, Tan Kok Quan Partnership, Roedl Consulting AG and JS Wad.
Madan holds expertise in navigating complex regulatory matters which sit at the intersection of public policy, law, technology and manufacturing. As a part of her previous role, Madan regularly partnered with global ESG and AI, data and cyber security teams on companywide initiatives, regulatory reporting requirements and incident management.
